Laureus Sport for Good at the Westin in Cape Town

Last week we did a small charity event at the Westin Hotel in Cape Town CBD, who were hosting a charity ball in aid of Laureus Sport for Good Foundation. Mercedes is involved with the charity internationally and the hotel requested a display of two cars from Mercedes.

We installed one car, Mercedes-Benz AMG CLS53 , outside the entrance and a Mercedes-Benz AMG G63 inside the ballroom of the hotel. The hotel was concerned about the carpet – people still expect cars to leak oil, but something interesting about new cars - we’ve had literally thousands of new cars parked on the floor of our building over the last ten years and it’s still clean. No oil leaks, nothing at all! New cars - and that’s from all the manufacturers we’ve worked with - don’t leak oil these days.

The car just fit through the hotel basement door from the underground parking, so was simple to install and then they had a lighting crew to set up beautiful lighting for both cars.
